just got home from job hunting with leon and faizal! haha, terrible employers out there. some gave low pay, some want me to cut chicken and vegetables. goodness me, you're hiring a world class worker like me, how can the pay be low and the job be so tedious? anyway, the only thing that looks good now is the interview at siglap's cafe cartel tomorrow and i'm looking forward to it! haha. time to rush to robin's place now for new year's eve steamboat with the hockers. bye!

woke up early in the morning today to play soccer with the 'gang'! haha, we went to our all time favourite place near school but we were so freaking sad that the whole street soccer court has been demolished into bits and pieces of debris. so we took a bus to kallang and played in the cage! its a super cool indoor court where the ball never flies out and the ground is made of beautiful turf! haha, expensive to book though. for weekends its $90 per hour. but not so bad, we had many people so it wasn't so expensive after all.

then had lunch and rushed home while the rest went to play pool. so off i headed towards delta to umpire the crescent girls game, the past againt the present. haha, mostly alumni people. too shy to join them for dinner after that so i came home to my comfy room. tomorrow is time to job hunt with leon! woohoo! let's earn money for the first 3 months next year man. whee! =D

whee! finally got home from training. here are some hockey updates...

-i tried my new shoe today and its kinda nice
-i'll be playing division 1 instead of premier league next year
-however, i might play for the new under-18 nationals in premier league
-i think i got removed off my captaincy of the U-18 side
-tomorrow i'll umpire and have dinner with all the crescent girls ;)

actually the demotion to division 1 is my request, i need more playing time. tomorrow will be a good day coz im gonna make new friends with many pretty girls. woohoo! went to walk around at city hall area and played DOTA with ishak and jeremy today before training. fun fun. alright, time to bathe! =D

whee! a long day out again. got free transport from kel to ikea! kok chin and lim went too. had super delicious meatballs for lunch before going to queensway to buy new turf shoes for the new season of hockey! its coming up real soon! haha. then lim left us and we went kel's house to try some gryphoon sticks. super nice to use la! then blah blah blah happened, robin, kel, kok chin and i arrived at sim lim square to see all the latest gadgets. ate chicken rice for dinner, then we walked all the way to town from there just to save on erp! haha. walked around, got what we needed to and now i'm finally home! tiring day and training tomorrow! whee! =D

cool, i finally know who is the person who has been giving me so much trouble. today, he did something cool again. he sent friendster messages to my friends to tell them i'm a sex maniac. sorry dude, my friends have lots of trust in me and one more thing, i'm gay. haha. J_____, you gotta start learning to solve conflicts like a man and not by such underhand means. anything more from you and its time to get the law involved. you better get this in your head. good effort though, the 10 MMS-es must be kinda expensive, i appreciate your enthusiasm to scare me and take revenge. but you're messing with ivan, someone you wouldn't wanna mess with too much. watch your toes yea?

anyways, internet connection is screwed today thanks to the taiwan earthquake which affected the cables. gosh, singapore has its cables at taiwan? can't it be at somewhere more glam like america or something? they say its gonna take 3 weeks to fully repair all the stuff. 3 long weeks! goodness me. i'm pissed. haha. nice weather to sleep! byebye. =)

the prank calls stopped. now i received similar 10 MMS-es with a picture of the person's middle finger. then it also came along with a message saying that i'm gonna lose my family, money and friends. i seriously think the pranker has got the wrong person. i've never been offending anyone lately. even if i did, it wouldn't be so serious. why do i always get such shi*? its starting to get freaky, if it doesnt stop, then its time for the police.

second post of the day. so i managed to sleep only 5 hours since my previous entry. woke up for lunch today and went to meet my cousin and his lil gang for some outdoor fun! we went to catch crabs at east coast! haha, but we didn't catch any in the end. we caught two little puffer fishes instead. i was nice to let them back into the sea! haha.

then we headed to cafe cartel at siglap. a place with many memories which i don't know are considered good or bad. they are hiring but i doubt i'll wanna try working there coz i might see people that i don't want to. anyways, i'm still considering about whether to take job or not. i just can't see myself working under someone, its just not right. haha. if i were to take up a job, definitely something to do with food and not boutiques. coz i'll get really pissed off and start swearing at customers who try every clothing and don't buy in the end. haha. anyways, we had dinner at killiney kopitiam in the end and i'm finally home now! tiring and boring christmas. it feels kinda bad when the house is so empty with only my maid and i. don't even know where my granny ran off to. ugh.

phew! finally got home after a crazy long night and its almost dawn now. thanks to a ride home given to me by hafidz. people involved were ben, sureen, hafidz, pau, cooks, kel, ishak, lim and girlfriend and last but not least, the hosts, robin and wife. haha. we were there playing games, cards, eating, and watching a terribly lousy japanese sadistic movie. battle royale isit? it was so draggy and sadistic. its about classmates who are forced to kill each other in other to be the last person surviving. if they do not play the game, they all will die straightaway. they don't have a choice right? haha. so it was all bloody and gruesome. i'm terribly tired now and i need to sleep right after my quick bath. this is gotta be a terribly rushing post, so sorry if there are any errors. just got home from a terribly long day! went training early in the morning and was really pissed with my team. don't talk about it. then marissa came to meet siyi, jeremy and myself before we headed to find laura and teresa at town. had lunch at some japanese restaurant which i felt was terrible and exchanged gifts! thanks for the nice nice towel people! i love to bathe! i didn't know towels could look so good! seems like a potrait to me! haha.

teresa and jeremy left us. so we went on to watch night at the museum again! gosh, for some reason, its funnier this time round. almost freezed to death in the cinema. then siyi left and we went for ice cream at gelare. woohoo, tiring day. just i thought christmas eve was gonna be boring without my family around, it got packed with stuff. haha, so i'm finally home now. my day is not over, christmas eve gathering at robin's place and i'm running terribly late! time to run. ladies and gentlemen, i'm officially broke for the year 2006. i'll enter the new year as a poor kid. those four gifts up there have cost me a bomb but i shall not mention numbers here. its alright, christmas is all about the spirit of giving right? went out today for awhile to get part of those gifts up there. headache man. alright, shall rest for abit then training tonight!

too little trainings this week and lots of eating. anyways, i got this unlimited entry to the zoo card for four people and its valid till this saturday only! pau, cookie and kel! we go tomorrow before training kae? marissa and siyi(pretty girl ^_^)! we go on saturday kae? haha, its been 44984651191 years since i've stepped into the zoo. lol.

went to plaza sing today with my cousins for lunch and then headed to vivocity again before finally coming home now. gosh, vivocity's ben & jerry's boss sure know how to hire the right people. they hire all the cute and pretty girls! haha, nice place to slack around. the ice cream seems to taste sweeter and nicer there. teehee. then watched night at the museum! super funny and nice show! its a comedy. vivocity's theatre is super spacious! lots of space to put my tired legs. heh. then bought some presents also which cost me tons of kaching. ugh, it's christmas, i shouldn't complain. haha. time to play the new game i bought! =D

FINALLY A SUNNY DAY!

haha, yes, finally! just got home from shopping with cooks, kel and pau! lol, went city hall area again to find pau's dress this time. ended up buying nothing. she's too fussy i guess. wahaha! just because i found this thread hanging out of a dress she almost paid for, she didn't want it anymore. i realise there are more and more gays and lesbians hanging around openly. that's a bad thing for the society man. lol. one more bad thing is the growing trend of pretty girls being with super ugly guys. wah, it's a big mismatch! lol. saw this super hot babe with this ugly nerd today. i realise why people have been complaining that life is unfair. wahaha. i love the sun today! Boss in Heaven, please keep the weather this way the next few days. thanks! =D

oh ya, thank you mingfen for the wonderful gift and the super precious card. cookie, sorry for naming your gift with such an unglam name just now. i really think its very thoughtful and handmade gifts are priceless. there will not be another similar one selling in the market. thank you, i'll keep everything in good care and it will follow me to my grave. =)

secondary school days..

wasted the whole day for abit. just got home from dinner at sakae sushi with edeline! haha. ate ramen and my favourite soft shell crab. im glad i found something to do tomorrow. accompany pau to get her dress for ying's wedding! lol, why am i always a fashion consultant. anyways, nothing much to blog. i shall go watch teevee! =D

i spent the whole day rotting at home.

my life as a hockey player in SRC. yes, i've got countless trophies and victories. but so what? there's something that every other team player can feel except me. its the feelings between team mates and the bond. in my club, its all about winning and not bonding. tons of the players don't come for training, you only see their face when tournament starts. even if they come, its just a hello and then a byebye at the end of the training. there's no bonding at all. i'm terribly upset as a captain for the youth sides. i just cannot seem to bond everyone and click with them. that's the reason why i always hang out with the senior players.

the club has been losing great players over the years. the club thinks the anuual general meeting dinner will bond the team. that's rubbish. the players will never feel attached to the club and committed to hockey. so one by one they will leave. my team mates are merely my team mates and not friends at all. we are from different worlds. i've taked to the coaches umpteen times to plan a trip or bonding sessions but nothing has been done. what else can i do?

let's look at innova jc as an example. i've been joining them for training. they may not be a champion team but they go for lunch together after every training session. try looking for that in my club, you won't find any of it. once training ends, we're all strangers in our own worlds again. its just sad that a club winning so many trophies is actually a shattered team of people from different worlds. i don't mind not winning, just give me the feeling of a team bonded and close together? i've not had that feeling since i left my primary school team. i miss it alot. people say that teamwork is a key to victory. i doubt so, my team is so shattered yet winning. but so what? when we win, we dont feel happy for each other at all. we're just merely happy to have another medal on our necks. its really very sad.

haha, just got home from yet another long and exciting day. this morning i was lucky coz kel was around my area so i had free transport to training! we had prata for breakfast before training. luckily the sun was not out and we had quite a cooling weather for training. after training was straight to mingfen's parents stall to eat wan tan mee with kel, cookie, robin and reynard! very very nice! sadly, its in jurong, otherwise i wouldn't mind going often. went to pick the star of the day, pau! then headed to marina square for shopping again and went to stare at pau eat her thai lunch. although she just got back from italy after 3 months, there was no change. still short, blur and fierce. haha. then rotted around till it was time to go home! woohoo, tiring day. anyone wanna go out tomorrow? =D

PAU IS BACK! =D

woke up this morning to a really cute sms which came with the picture above. haha, it's been a long time since i've woked up to such messages and it was kinda sweet. lol. i've been thinking lately, should i take up a holiday job? but i doubt i'll ever feel good working under someone. i wanna be the boss! pay is not a factor, i just want some experience and also kill time. my hols have been really boring so far. it has all been hockey, hockey and yup, more hockey. where have all my many friends gone to?

just came home from supper with kel, cookie, robin and his wife. haha, and someone bought me nice dinner just now too! went to marina square with ishak to buy his jacket and he was nice enough to buy me an expensive dinner or ribs at the newyork restaurant at citilink! we had dinner there with two of his friends then went on to look for ipod nano before finally introducing ishak to dota at a LAN shop in bugis! wahaha, we had hell lots of fun there. then it was straight to the supper venue to meet the others.

supposed to go for nike sale at singapore expo this afternoon but my friend played me out at the last minute so i went to my secret hideout for bubble tea and a filling lunch. haha, i love that place and i love to go there alone. haha. secret secret. then went on to esplanade for a short jog coz my lunch would come outta my mouth if i ran any longer. walked around city hall area and was stalked by three girls. gosh, i wouldn't mind if they're pretty, but they're not! not even average, just ugly! haha. scary people these days. i thought only guys would stalk girls, now girls are doing it too. phew, a super tiring day again and there's training tomorrow morning. gotta be there early to buy my coach his birthday breakfast! lol.

just got home from another pretty long day. had supper moments ago at adam road with cookie, kel and reynard after training. went to vivocity again today. this time its with kel, cookie and ishak! their first visit to the new mall. we ate carl's jr.!! something i love alot which i haven't done for a long time. i'm happy! coz got pretty girl keep staring at me there! heh! then we walked around the same old shops before heading down to the training grounds and had a super tiring training. i'm just glad i'm home now after such a hectic day. time for melon bubble bath, then sleep! =D

just got home from a pretty long day. went delta early in the morning for innova training and then friendly game against stc. oh my goodness, the stc people were super arrogant and the centre mid talked way too much. felt like giving her a tight slap, but she's a girl afterall. stc actually called the innova guys small and weak before the game but in the end, they got thrashed big time. shame on them. stc's coach is crazy, he screams at the girls in their face and he was super bias in umpiring. if he were my coach, i would just walk out of the pitch. he has no respect for players at all. everytime he blew the whistle, he did not point his hand to show whose ball it is. but its alright, coz for everything he blows, it goes to stc anyway. assholesome of the girls quite cute luh, but arrogance means get lost. terrible students the school has.

then went to vivocity to rot with edeline till it was time for her facial. haha, had a really filling lunch. ate flied plong nuders and cheekern lys. yes, i was bloated after the meal. then we began to walk all over vivocity and its much better now compared to the last time i went. at least there are more shops opened now although not all are open yet. haha, and there was this supermarket which would fit the conscious and vain ones. an organic supermarket! cool stuff. now i know why when i was in town the other day, i don't see as many pretty girls hanging around compared to last time, coz they are all at vivocity! lol. it was just tiring la, but no choice, had to rot till time was ready and time sure passed real slowly. oh no! i'm way behind time for my daily afternoon nap. ugh.

today was finally a day which i could rest peacefully with no hockey or whatsoever. was bored after lunch so i decided to take a bus ride around singapore. when i was at the bus stop, i decided to take the bus which brings me to school. haha, it was a rather sad yet happy feeling on the bus. i suddenly missed secondary school life alot when i see secondary school students boarding the bus and alighting at the school's bus stop. my four years its gonna be one of the most memorable school experiences. i alighted at siglap, had a little ice cream to eat, then took another bus to bedok interchange and walked aroung the shops there before heading home on a train. haha, i simply love such heartland outings alone, its more memorable and somewhat closer to heart. innova training and friendly game early in the morning tomorrow! as in, super early. ugh.

just got back from a crazy day of exercises. haha. went for innova training under a huge hot sun. then quickly rushed all the way to club to meet kel and cookie for gym. then finally, the highlight of the day. we went to the hot & cold pool room. the procedure is to freaking dip yourself in 18 degree celcius water for 3 minutes, then move on to dip in the 40 degrees celsius hot pool for another 3 minutes. this is considered as one set, and we freaking did three sets. hot pool was okay, but the cold pool is terribly freezing! gosh. but it really soothes the muscles alot, cool stuff. time to rest. zzz.

i've been waking up to really cool hairstyle these days. i swear the above pictures had no hair wax, gel, sprays or whatever in it. i woke up and my hair was just like that. i think i should record a video of how i sleep throughout the night, then i'll be able to see how my hair evolves into such nice hairstyles through the whole night. hahaha.

i just realised something super cool today. i went to google to search for my friend's blog. so i typed _____.blogspot.com, there was no result returned and i had to type the link itself onto my browser to find it. but when i typed ivaninho.blogspot.com on google, it could be found! cool man, my site now has more publicity! heh!

my house opposite just opened a new 24 hrs cafe and tonight's the 7th time that i've noticed this 3 stars in the sky on a same straight line, equal distance apart. phew, just got home after being out the whole day. went club training this morning which was super tiring due to the super large sun today. i'm all burnt now. then followed kel to town to meet mingfen and cooks for pepper lunch! then it was off shopping with the girls with my heavy bag. girls are really troublesome, they can walk the whole of town just to search for a dress. my legs are aching terribly now. we shopped from daylight to dark skies. gosh, it really was terribly tiring and i'm dying now. time to bathe! =)

its been gloomy these days. just got back from my tour of changi with my cousin and also had a satisfying bak kut teh lunch. went to changi point for a little fishing. then moved on to explore the different buildings of Old Changi Hospital in the compound. there were the wards, a&e block, pharmacy and some other stuff we do not know. then went to changi chapel and museum. it was a short walk in the museum but it was sure emotional. you could feel all the pains of war in that short walk and you'll truly salute those who fought to defend singapore. alrights, i'm tired, time for a short nap. i realise bus 2 is very cool coz it goes to many of my good friends' house. people like clar, shan, pam and also tes. cool stuff.

woke up this morning with a terrible mood and a terrible weather outside the window. had a terrible fever yesterday and also committed a sin last night. so i decided to take one of those sadistic reflection walks of mine after lunch today. i've done it several times already. it is those walks where i will walk for long distances with no destination but just keep walking till i am tired then i'll take a public transport home. i even walked from my place to orchard before! today's walk was a shorter distance. i walked from my place to marina square before taking a train home again. these walks always make me feel better. when i'm all alone and start to reflect and think of stuff. sometimes i also learn things from such walks and sometimes i will sort of see the light to certain issues. yea, today is a moody and gloomy day. ugh.

can i have a weighing scale this christmas? i don't know, it seems like i'm putting on weight. i was looking at the mirror yesterday and felt that i was growing a little fat. finally i'm growing fat after so many years coz i never seem to grow fat ever since i slimmed down from my primary school days. imagine, a fat ivan. haha, must be the lack of hockey trainings and the tons of food i've eaten. i think i'll go running and gym-ing later. ugh, i must not grow fat!

today is a boring day which is spent lazing around at home trying to overcome a bad headache and terrible fatigue. i also believe that there will come a day when the sky will fall.

ladies and gentlemen, i'm back from Bangkok! haha, today will be a wordy post but i promise tons of pictures in the next few days or so. heh. we were on a really cool flight coz the people there found out about the tournament we were going to and announced on the plane to wish us luck! everyone else heard and it made us feel so proud. haha. our arrival was hectic. the freaking travel agent did not send a person to pick us up and made us wait there like a fool.

so we took a public bus which seemed like days before we finally reached the area where our hotel was. then Amazing Race Bangkok started. the bloody hawkers there pointed in all directions when we asked if they knew where our hotel was. we walked for approximately 2 hours with all our luggage! we walked to and fro the same streets and buildings. people thought we were crazy. then we finally found our hotel and realized it was only two streets away from where we alighted our bus. shit those hawkers.

we only started shopping this morning and i bought tons of stuff. nothing exciting to elaborate anyway. the nights we spent there were all clubbing, underaged clubbing for me. haha. i still cannot believe i freaking swallowed a tequila shot when my coach bought me one. amazing coach i have isn't it? i never imagined i would ever touch that kind of drink. so my nights were filled with a red face and a drunk mind accompanied with tons of dancing and staring at pretty girls.

our other days were of course, filled with hockey! yes people, we've won the King's Cup again this year! i was so called manager. lol. i was happy with how i played, i even scored a goal! haha. the sad thing was, i accidentally dislocated a guy's elbow. i felt terribly guilty about it. ya, we're champions. that's about it. oh ya, i also ate tons and tons of food. haha, time to rest! =D
