just came back from victory dinner at club. running for my class at the 5km race tomorrow at bedok reservoir to mark the 50th anniversary of my school so retarded, bought some carbo stuff for me to fly tomorrow. i still think its a psychological effect instead of the substance effect. haha, kinda late, better go sleep now, rest is important for victory. nothing less than top 3 tomorrow!
