i read this short paragraph and analysed myself. love is really not about looks nor is it about character. instead its about the feeling. i once believed that its fair enough love is not about looks, but its about character at least. but i now realize, love is purely about the feeling. you love by seeing an imperfect person as perfect but not to find someone perfect. in other words, love is blind. the highest level of love is being willing to sacrifice being with your loved one just to see him/her happy. but the only problem is jealousy, no one would be happy to see his/her loved one with another person although him/her is happy with that other person. love is a gamble, it does not always work out no matter how much you do. as long as the feeling is not there, nothing will happen. after u sacrifice as much as you could and realize that you could not seek that special feeling from the other party, it hurts terribly. love is a very general word, it is easy to say and understand vividly. but as we sit down and ask ourself, 'what is love?' we will definitely be lost for a precise definition. love is not just about mushy stuff and showering care. it is all about this special feeling and obstacle God has created for us i guess. most peoples' best friend is usually of their same gender. very seldom you see someones' best friend is of a different gender. this is because people are afraid of misunderstandings, gossips and giving the wrong idea to the other party. therefore, you don't always see a guy and a girl as best friends. love hurts, but yet again love exisits. surely its not always about pain, it really depends and its hard to say. love is weird, you seek to be loved when you are without it. when loved, you find it a burden. to love or not to love? that is the question...
